Software Updates

The WordPress engine is an amazing machine, and like all powerful machines, they need to be maintained to operate at their highest capacity.  Additionally, outdated software is the number one way hackers gain access to your website.  Our software update service ensures your core WordPress files, theme and plugins are all running the latest version.  This means security and performance patches are installed in a timely manner.  The average website can have as many as 20 software updates required each month so letting that go for just a few months can mean your site is very outdated and vulnerable to a hacking event.

Health Reports

Based on the plan you select, you'll receive reports covering: Updates Performed, Website Uptime Statistics, Site Visitor Activity & Analytics, Site Security, and an Overview of SEO Placement.

Offsite Backups & Retention

A dedicated backup plan is a critical element in your overall website health and security.  By using offsite backups, hosted by Amazon's rock-solid S3 Services, we can ensure that when you need a copy of your site, you'll have it.  Whether it's to mitigate a security compromise, deal with legal discovery or to replace accidentally deleted site content, our offsite backups will get you the data you need.

The first entry (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly) indicates how often the site is backed up.
The second indicates how long the backup copies are retained (2 Years, 1Year, 6 Months, 3 Months.

Malware Recovery

In the unfortunate event that your site is compromised, cleaning and restoring it can take several hours of work, costing at least $360.  As part of the Ultimate Defense plans, we include varying discounts and expedited turn-arounds on that service.  Our higher end plans even cover the entire cost with priority service.

In an effort to better serve all of our customers, we’re implementing a new support ticketing system. Our new system utilizes ZenDesk, a leading online support system, to organize, track and manage support requests. Manna has been growing over the last six months and this change reflects our commitment to ensuring that our outstanding customer support continues to scale with our growth.

So, what’s new?

The main difference is that all support requests by email should be sent to Support@CallManna.com, NOT Webmaster@CallManna. The WebMaster account will be only be used for web development projects. So if you need assistance with Website Changes, Email Issues, Passwords, Use of WordPress as your CMS  Solution, etc., email Support@CallManna.com and those requests will be automatically logged into the system. Replies to your requests will be delivered back to you by email and you can continue to utilize email to interact with our support team.

Additionally, you’ll also have the option of creating an account on our online system, www.MannaDesignWorks.com/Support where you will be able to log in to view and manage all of your support requests. This gives you an additional layer of interaction with the support system, should you choose to use it. You’ll find links to the online system in the support replies you receive by email. Again, using the online system is optional. If you wish, you can communicate with support by email just like before.

If, when you call the support line no one is available to take the call, you will be prompted to leave a message as usual. The system will automatically create a support ticket for you and email you a confirmation. You will then be able to interact by email or the Support Center. If you need to speak with one of our team members, just let us know in the message and we’ll call you back as soon as we can.
